Mary Brandon a gifted employment and motivation consultant and coach, established Aspect Consulting Inc. in 1991 with a basic mission of improving attitudes toward employment. However, personal and professional development has resulted in her broadening her focus to life perspectives. Aspect Consulting offers "The Legacy Technique" service and product line - which is at the heart of the philosophy that supports the activities within this book. Mary guides both individuals and organizations in identifying the incongruous thinking that is disabling them, integrating that knowledge to mobilize motivation and unveil gifts, talents, and purpose in the process.

This book reflects her belief that people - our most valuable resource - are their own expert, knowing best who they really are. Her clients have included state departments, non-profit human service organizations, corporations, small businesses, entrepreneurs, and individuals looking for clearer perspective on their life and work.

Mary lives in the metropolitan Detroit area with her son Traverse, and their pets.
