Personal Story
	Wanting to be either a priest or a cop as a kid growing up, I tried the seminary for a year. I then went on to complete four years at the Naval Academy. As a military police officer in the Marine Corps, I realized my other dream. Later, as a performance feedback coach for over 1,600 global leaders and executives, I learned so much about the elements of leadership through the sharing of life experiences with many executives. Experiencing a sudden downsizing, I had to apply some of that shared learning in my personal life. What is it you most want to have happen? How can I support you?
